Cleaning
Ultrasonic
Bath
A New Generation of
ultrasonic baths is
used for the optimum
cleaning of all kinds
of deposits, varnishes
and gums built-up
inside the injectors
and other parts of
the engine. Revolutionary
technologies are incorporated
in these units, such
as "Degas"
function to better
prepare the cleaning
solution- and the
"Sweep"
function [33-40KHz]
to boost the power
of the ultrasonic
waves throughout the
injectors.
Injectors are being
cleaned in a powerful
yet quite ultrasonic
bath using a specially
engineered cleaning
fluid, and heated
between 0-90oC, to
facilitate efficient
cleaning of the injectors.
Sound
waves pass through
a cleaning fluid,
which create millions
of microscopic air
bubbles that penetrate
the injector and clean
it inside out effectively.
backflush

Backflush
Valve
After
cleaning injectors
with ultrasonics,
they are placed in
the injector backflush
valve. An electronically
controlled flush system
removes all contaminants
remained inside the
injector by forcing
testing fluid through
it in a reverse flow
for 7 seconds per
injector.
Control
Panel
A user-friendly menu with built-in
operating instructions (step-by-step),
useful information, explanations
and diagnosis are easily accessed
with the A-4040 and A-8000 machines.

Adapters
A full range of injector
adapters is supplied
to fit all types of
top feed and side
feed injectors (MPFI,
MPI), gasoline direct
injectors (G-DI),
and throttle body
injectors (TBI).

Cleaning Solution
Specifically engineered
and formulated cleaning
detergents and testing
fluids are provided
for use with the CARBON
TECH machines.
